The Welsh Pony and Cob Society confirms that it received a requisition for a General Meeting under the provisions of Article 14 (iii) on the 1^st of August 2019.

The Society notes that it published details of the existing General Meeting for Saturday 31^st of August 2019 on its social media on the 6^th of June and the website on the 12^th of June, 13 days prior to the second requisition for a General Meeting being raised.

The Society is currently verifying if the requisition has achieved the 5% of the Members of the Society required to convene a General Meeting and will announce the outcome shortly.
