Following the notification of the forthcoming General Meeting on the 18th September 2019, the President of the Welsh Pony and Cob Society, Mr Brian Foster, has made the decision that, in the interest of accuracy and fairness, votes taken during the meeting will be conducted via a poll rather than a show of hands.

We would also like to confirm that members’ proxy votes are confidential with the Society’s auditors, Baldwins.

If a proxy vote is required, then this needs to be lodged with the Society’s auditors by 5pm 10th September 2019.
