Colouring-in Competition results.

The results are in for the’ Colour me King – colouring in competition’.

The standard of entries was fantastic and our celebrated judge WPCS President Mr Brian Foster who kindly adjudicated, was very impressed with the work submitted.

“They were all very very good. My first choice I feel was skilfully coloured, but retained our all-important Welshness; not an easy task especially when colouring was the order of the day”

Thank you to everyone who competed. The results are as follows.

Winning the category for Juniors

Annie Dilcock-Thomas – age 9

In second place was Mabel Mercer – age 10

In third place was Olivia Buchanan- age 5

The WPCS prize packs for the best three pictures are pictured with their rosettes and the winner receives an original copy of Georgie Hibberd’s newly published hot off the press Colouring in book! The ‘Pony Fun Colouring book has over 50 illustrations to enjoy colouring-in and is published by Rainbow Pony Publishing. Georgie was the artist who drew the original drawing of Amity’s Ocean King that every competitor coloured in. We hope Annie will enjoy her prize.

The special prize for the best Non-junior effort goes to Heidi Bennett – Congratulations Heidi – there is a WPCS winner’s pack on its way to you too!
