This year, the way in which the forms have been sent out is different to previous years. Following feedback received last year, it was decided that we would trial sending the forms via email to all judges who have an email address printed in the Judge’s Handbook instead of posting the forms. Those who do not have an email address listed should shortly receive a copy in the post.

If you have received an email but would prefer a copy of the forms posted, please contact the Society and we can arrange this for you.

This is a reminder that both forms must be fully completed, signed, dated and returned to the WPCS Office no later than 30th September 2024.

If you are sending via post, please send via tracked delivery. This deadline will be strictly adhered to and late submissions will not be accepted. NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT. Failure to comply will result in removal from the WPCS Judges Panel and omission from the WPCS Judging and Showing Handbook list for 2025.
