The Society is sad to hear of the passing of Alan Jopling, from Barnard Castle in County Durham. Alan first joined the Society in 1993, registering the Flinora prefix for his passion to breed Section B’s. His annual holidays were always spent at the Royal Welsh Show and at the Fayre Oakes sale.

He died on the 13th March at the age of 82 He leaves a son, Peter, daughter in law Elizabeth, grand children Rachel & Matthew and great grandchildren Howard, Reuben, Edward & Mia. A family funeral has been held. Condolences to his family.
