At the moment we are working with a much-reduced number of staff. Wales is still in ‘lockdown’ and we only have two staff members at the Office.
Can we request that if you require DNA kits, Stallion licensing kits, Microchips or any of our other services which require postal delivery; that you wait until you receive the goods, before booking Veterinary visits.
The Society staff are doing their very best to process transfers and registrations as well as posting out the above items. We cannot unfortunately be responsible for any delays in the reduced postal delivery service.
In the same vein – please do not phone the Office unless absolutely necessary., Ringing up “just to check on the progress of a transfer” you submitted two days previously” slows down the whole process.
