WPCS OFFICIAL ONLINE SALES DATES

 

The Welsh Pony and Cob Society and Farmer’s Marts (R.G Jones) are proud to announce the launch of the WPCS Official Online sales.

It is the Society’s intention to enable members to offer some 800 entries in total, to be sold in a series of online auctions, over the next few months.

These are not a ‘live feed sale with an auctioneer’s voice’ but a timed ending sale, with an estimated set end time for each lot. Lots will be sold in catalogue order. The estimate is selling 20 lots per hour, each ending a few minutes after the previous lot.

The catalogue will only be available to view online. Bidders and viewers will need to register Online with the Auctioneers prior to the sale. Bidding on lots will be possible two days prior to and up to the sale.

If you are outbid, you will receive an immediate e mail notification, and the opportunity to bid again. Lot 2 will not commence its closing bids until Lot 1 has sold.

 

The first sale on Saturday August the 8^th is a ‘pilot’ sale of a minimum of 50 lots where entries may be limited to one per member. There is a tight deadline for entry into that sale, any vendors whose entries cannot be accommodated will automatically be included in the second sale.

Prospective vendors are invited to complete the online entry form as soon as possible at https://tinyurl.com/yaobhnjo   and submit it to the Auctioneers.

Photographs must accompany the entry form. If a vendor wishes to include video of their entry, that must also be uploaded at the same time as the entry form.

• All sales will cater for all 5 sections, A, B, C, D and Welsh Part breds.
• The entry fee at £48 per entry (VAT inclusive) is the same for every sale.

Further sale dates will be announced as soon as possible.

Later in the autumn two themed evening sales are scheduled, targeting ‘Foal’ entries, and ‘Performance animals’; and a pre- Christmas Cracker sale which will include Breed memorabilia, Paintings, Figures, and ephemera is planned.

 

 

 

Arwerthiannau Swyddogol Ar-lein Cymdeithas y Merlod a’r Cobiau Cymreig – Dyddiadau

Mae Cymdeithas y Merlod a’r Cobiau Cymreig ag arwerthwyr Farmer’s Marts (R.G Jones) yn falch iawn o gyhoeddi lawnsio arwerthiannau swyddogol ar-lein y Gymdeithas.

Mae’n fwriad gan y Gymdeithas gynnig cyfleoedd i’w haelodau fedru gwerthu tuag 800 o ferlod a chobiau mewn cyfres o arwerthiannau ar-lein dros y misoedd nesa’.

Nid arwerthiannau byw gyda llais ocsiwniar yw’r bwriad, ond yn hytrach arwerthiant ar-lein wedi ei amseru i orffen ar adeg penodol, gydag amser wedi ei bennu ar gyfer gwerthu pob anifail yn unigol. Gwerthir pob lot yn nhrefn y catalog. Rhagwelir gwerthu tua 20 lot pob awr, bob un yn gorffen ychydig funudau wedi’r un blaenorol.

 

Cyhoeddir y catalog ar-lein yn unig, a bydd angen i ddarpar brynwyr  a gwylwyr gofrestru ar-lein gyda’r Arwerthwyr cyn yr arwerthiant . Mi fydd hi yn bosib bidio am ddeuddydd tan i’r arwerthiant orffen.

Os oes rhwyun yn eich trechu a bidio swm uwch, byddwch yn derbyn ebost yn syth gan roi cyfle i chi roi bid arall. Ni fydd lot rhif 2 yn gwerthu tan i Lot 1 orffen.

Mae’r arwerthiant cyntaf i’w gynnal ar Sadwrn 8 Awst yn un ‘peilot’, gyda lleiafswm o 50 lot, a rhagwelir cyfyngu rheiny – un i bob aelod.

Mae’r dyddiad cau yn fuan a bydd unrhyw geisiadau ychwanegol yn cael eu cynnwys yn yr ail arwerthiant.
