Sadly, we have to convey news of the passing of Mrs Pam Page. She founded the Winton stud on joining the Society back in 1976. During the 1980’s she was the Secretary for the Southern Counties Welsh Pony and Cob Association, jointly running the rosette scheme and two shows a year. In 1998 the Winton stud moved from Hampshire to its present home in Pembrokeshire. Pam would be found most years sat in the grandstand watching the cob stallions at the Royal Welsh and her love and passion for the Welsh ponies and cobs will continue in the safe hands of her daughters Carol ( Marwell Stud) and Heather ( Winton Stud) . Our sympathies to the family.
