It is with great sadness that we report the loss of Keith Bennett of the Robenn Stud on Saturday 23rd October, 2021 after a long illness.

Keith was a well known breeder and showman joining the Society in 1989. His passion were his Welsh Section B ponies and Welsh Part-breds. Amongst his prolific winners were Lydstep Ginger Girl, Starlyte Markova, Rosevean Honeysuckle, Rosevean Perdita , Robenn Royal Honey and Shillito Miss Moneypenny. He had many notable successes at the Royal Welsh and other major shows over the years.

Keith was a supporter of the Clwyd Association and former Chairman of the NPS Area 27 (North Wales).

His funeral will take place at 11.00 am on Friday, 5th November, 2021 at the Flintshire Crematorium. Condolences are extended to his siblings Geoff, Lilian and Peter.
