IN RELATION TO ANIMAL HEALTH TRUST DNA PROFILING ONLY

Following our communications with the DNA lab at the AHT this week, they have requested this morning that we ask the membership not to send in Hair samples for DNA profiling at the moment. The staff are following Government guidelines and working from home due to the COVID 19 situation, and therefore not processing samples at the laboratory.

We trust that this will be a temporary measure.  

In the meantime, if you do need to take a hair sample for Stallion Licensing or a Mare’s DNA profile we suggest that your Vet retain your Hair sample until we advise otherwise.
