Following the publication of the Society’s newsletter and the Agenda for the upcoming AGM, for the avoidance of any doubt, members have the right to appoint proxies in relation to the AGM including attendance at the meeting. If they wish to do so they are requested to contact the office to request a proxy form. Please note that completed proxy forms must be received by the office no later than 48 hours before the time of the AGM.
