It has been brought to our attention that the Newsletter mailout does not contain a pre-addressed envelope for the return of proxy votes to the Society’s appointed scrutineer. We apologise for this. The packing of the newsletter was subcontracted to a third party so that the Office staff could prioritise registrations and transfers at this, the busiest time of year.

If any member would like a pre-addressed envelope, please contact the Office and we will happily send you one. The address for Azets is included in the newsletter.

It is also possible to email your proxy form to the Scrutineers via the email address provided.

Proxy forms should only be lodged with the Scrutineer if you are unable to attend the meeting.
