Firstly, please accept our apologies in regard to the difficulties that you have been facing in getting through to the Welsh Pony and Cob Society.

We appreciate that it has been extremely frustrating time and recognise that we are not meeting expectations. We have taken your feedback on board and are now taking steps to improve our service.

As of the 1st of November we will have a brand new fully functioning call centre and will be changing our contact centre opening hours from 10am-4pm to 9am-5pm.

We have been training new call centre staff in order to take more calls to help with the exceptional call volume that we have been experiencing.

Again, please accept our apologies in regard to the delay, but we will get back to you as quickly as we possibly can.
